Bold City Lacrosse is open to ALL players across the region who are ready to work, grow, and compete at the highest level.
OUR TRAINING PHILOSOPHY
Bold City Lacrosse stands at the forefront of modern player development. Our hybrid box/field curriculum incorporates cutting-edge training methods designed to sharpen lacrosse IQ, improve decision-making, and strengthen core fundamentals.
This fall, athletes will immerse themselves in box lacrosse training that directly translates to the field game:
- Faster reads
- Tighter stick skills
- Increased physicality
- Improved play in tight spaces
- Higher overall lacrosse IQ
Every team will benefit from box-specific progressions and purposeful, high-rep training environments.
We will offer local lacrosse tournaments, plus a direct link to SES STARZ NATIONAL option for our top players. This will provide depth and premier development for ALL age groups.
Bold City Lacrosse is designed to serve players of all skill levels, with a clear pathway for growth at every stage. Specified evaluation periods will allow our coaching staff to evaluate athletes and place them in an environment where they can be challenged, supported, and set up for success. We welcome all North Florida players who are ready to work, compete, and take the next step in their lacrosse journey. We can’t wait to get started and share what makes Bold City Lacrosse North Florida's Strongest Regional Program.
2026 Fall INFORMATION AND REGISTRATIONS
Bold City is being built with purpose — focused on strong culture, high-level development, and competitive team play.
Teams will be formed across 10U–HSAA, with the following for each age group
Season start/end dates:
• Start Saturday October 3rd
• End December 6th

Saturday Practices Added @ Episcopal Knight Campus
10:00-11:30AM
10/3, 10/17, 10/24, 11/7, 11/28
Varsity/JV Level
• Mon/Wed @ Bolles School 6-8 pm
• Tues/Thurs @ Episcopal Turf 6-7:30 pm
Middle School
• Tues/Thurs @ Episcopal Knight Campus 4:30-6 pm
Tournaments:
Boo-Tona Beach Bash (7v7) — Oct 10–11, Daytona Beach
Veterans Day Salute — Nov 14–15, Jacksonville (moved from Palm Coast):
Orlando Lax Open — Dec 5–6, Orlando
Cost: $1195

Bold City Box Lacrosse
See why the best and most dynamic players in the world rave about box training! Playing fast, handling pressure, pick & roll technique, finishing, and field awareness are just some of the skills you will improve. All coaches are certified under the American Box Lacrosse Association and each session will consist of instruction and teaching followed by competitive gameplay. Bold City offers 12U divisions in the fall, players of all skill levels welcome. All
players sign up individually and can be placed on a free agent team or play with their own teammates!
Box lacrosse shares similarities with the field game we all cherish, but there are some key differences:
- Personnel: 5 field players and 1 goalie
- Goal Size: 4x4 (compared to 6x6 in field lacrosse)
- Shot Clock: Varies by age group
- Equipment: All field players use short sticks
The benefits of playing box lacrosse include:
- More Reps: Fewer players lead to more touches on the ball.
- Shooting Precision: Goalies wear gear similar to hockey goalies, making scoring more challenging.
- Operation in Tight Space and Quick Decision Making
- Defense: Every player must engage in defense, allowing them to learn and master defensive principles that translate directly to the field game (riding, transition, and defense).

Bold City 6s
Bold City Sixes Lacrosse League is offering a 4 week long fall 6s program for boys 14U & HS. Players will sign up individually and be assigned a team or entire teams can sign up. Each player will be responsible for bringing their own reversible jersey and equipment. The 6s sessions provide a good opportunity for players to learn new skills and maintain existing skills in a fun and positive learning environment to start the off-season. The format will allow for both instruction and gameplay that focuses on increasing the number of touches each player receives.
